Campers Better Move Their Feet in New GoldenEye 007 Gameplay Mode

I imagine it will go something like this
Much to the possible ire and chagrin of the Koku audience, I’ve got a confession to make: I’m a camper. A shameless, sneaky, not-good-enough-to-charge-in-guns-blazing, FPS camper. But before you start listing all the ways I should be punished (both in-game and in real life), you’ll be happy to know that Nintendo’s upcoming GoldenEye 007 for Wii is set to give me, and those like me, our just desserts when it hits shelves this November.
The counter-camper offensive, as I’ve decided to dub it this instant, will come in the form of a newly revealed match modifier known as “Move Your Feet” mode, which will impose a 3-second time limit on standing still, after which time all players still motionless will be blown up. Literally! According to Bitmob, whose (lucky!) reporters managed to get some recent hands-on time with the title recently, this explosive match modifier turns the normally tense, hunt-and-find atmosphere of a round “into a hectic affair that zeroed out any chance of a foe settling in to camp.”
Though there were no details given on the degree to which “Move Your Feet” mode’s 3-second timer could be tricked (by, say, a slight movement to a new piece of ground?), the idea definitely sounds like a creative method of mixing things up in what can sometimes become a predictable flow of gameplay. On that note, Bitmob also noted that GoldenEye 007 will contain a host of other match modifiers, ranging from a “classic” setting that allows access to guns from the beloved N64 original title, to a mode in which everyone gets the Oddjob treatment and has to play as miniature sprites.
Comment below and let us know what you think about these newly announced features, and for that matter whether your excitement for the revived and revitalized GoldenEye is mounting or waning as we get closer to November. Registration is not needed (but is enouraged!)
If anyone needs me, I’ll be camping in games where they still allow that kind of thing, and crying a single tear for the loss of my favourite FPS pasttime.
